The annual meeting of the corporation membership will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the FMC Dining Room. The purpose of this meeting is to elect trustees to replace those whose terms are expiring on December 31, 2024, and to transact other business. Only admitted members of the corporation will be allowed to attend the meeting. Pursuant to Article IV, Section 5 of the bylaws, the Board of Trustees authorized the election to be held by mail-in ballot, which is being sent via parcel post to all members. Ballots are due at the FMC Business Office no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, December 6, 2024.
